Traditional Partnership: This is the traditional method of using our trained recruiting staff to identify the most qualified candidates. On site meetings are conducted to clarify requirements and focus on individual manger / team needs.
On Site: Services deliveryis provided with GTT personnel working at the client location 3 days per week to establish the hiring process and interview methodology using SPIN our focused interview technique which combines behavioral interviewing and technical evaluation which we developed over our 20 years of business experience. We are on site to accelerate the process by bringing focus to requirements gathering and helping companies screen-in, not screen out, viable candidates for consulting or FTE opportunities. Sustained Relationship: The Account manger will become an extended member of the hiring team using weekly or bi-weekly visits as needed to keep in touch with hiring needs and reinforce the methodologies. We have sustained relationships with clients for as long as 20 years.
